FAMILY BOOK CLUB MEETING |
Family Book Club recently read The Kid Who Ran for President by Dan Gutman. As a tribute to this inspiring book, we played "Dress the President." It was definitely a close race between the two teams. We certainly enjoyed watching the groups work together to meet the challenges of the game!
We are now reading The Magician's Elephant by award winning author, Kate DiCamillo. This fable-like novel is truly mystical as DiCamillo intertwines unlikely characters through circumstances, and, of course, an elephant. Family Book Club members get ready for another magical evening on Monday, April 5th as we unveil mysteries and awe each other at the Family Book Club meeting. | |
