Freshman level applied Agriculture Science Course
Applied Agricultural Science and Technology, a comprehensive course, prepares students for successful entry into diverse agricultural science, business, and industry courses of study and workplaces. Topics of instruction include essential knowledge and skills in plant science; animal science and technology; principles of food science technology; basic mechanical skills in agricultural applications; agriculture and environmental science relationships; and personal and agricultural business management. This course is recommended for students in freshman students.
